Shipping & Returns
Full shipping information
We aim to process all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends, and ship using UPS (we cover the UPS carbon neutral fee), or other trusted couriers' tracked service. You will receive an email with the tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped.
We are happy to offer free delivery on all orders shipped within the UK and Republic of Ireland. We also cover the cost to offset the environmental impact of your shipment!
We can't extend free shipping to all customers around the world just yet, but we will contribute to the shipping costs.
For EU customers, you pay a flat rate shipping of £15 (we cover the rest of the shipping cost).
For customers from the ROW, you pay a flat rate shipping fee of £20 (we cover the rest of the shipping cost).
We do not ship to Russia.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.The delivery time will depend on where you live, but we aim to get your order to you within the following times:
UK: 2-5 working days
Europe: 6-10 working days
ROW: 6-12 working days
Duties and taxes
If you are purchasing from the EU, please note that you are responsible for VAT and/or import duties upon delivery. Unfortunately, Cyssan cannot cover these costs.
If you are purchasing from the United States or Canada, please note that you are responsible for any customs and duties that may apply. Unfortunately, Cyssan cannot cover these costs.
If you are purchasing from Asia, South America, Africa, New Zealand, please note that you are responsible for any customs and duties that may apply. Unfortunately, Cyssan cannot cover these costs.
If you refuse the delivery of a package, you will be charged for the return shipping.
Please note that Cyssan is not responsible for delays due to national holidays, customs retention or delays, strikes, or adverse weather conditions. We can only apologise in advance as we know how excited you must be waiting for your Cyssan watch to arrive.
Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to redirect it.
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
Please email us at email@example.com to start the returns process, indicating your name, order number, the unique watch number found on the watch caseback, and details of the issue. Please note the following conditions:
- Please ensure that the item you are returning is in new and unworn condition, with any protective coverings still attached. We’re afraid any returns that are damaged, or have been altered are unlikely to be accepted, and may be sent back to you.
- The item must be returned in its original Cyssan packaging.
- If you bought the item during a sale, received a discount or a promotion on your online order, you will only be refunded the amount you paid.
- If the order contained any complimentary items or gifts, these need to be returned along with the item you wish to return.
- We recommend using a special delivery service to return your item to us so that it’s insured and trackable. We cannot accept responsibility for any parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.
- Unfortunately, it is up to you, the customer, to arrange and pay any return shipping and provide proof of postage. We will reimburse this cost if a manufacturing fault is confirmed.
- Please ensure you use adequate shipping packaging to return your item to us. Why not use the original shipping box your Cyssan item came in (reuse, recycle, reduce!)?
We will email you to notify you when we have received your returned item.
If the above conditions are met, we will aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the order back.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You are entitled to a full refund up to 30 days after receiving your item should it turn out to be faulty. Any item where damage has been caused due to customer negligence, Cyssan will not be held responsible. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
