What are your delivery options for customers in the UK?

We aim to send out all orders within 48 hours, excluding weekends, and ship using Hermes, DHL or UPS's tracked service. We're happy to offer free standard shipping to all UK mainland customers.

Standard shipping delivery in the UK currently takes approx. 2-5 business days.

Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to redirect it.

Can I track my order?

Of course, each order is shipped using a tracked service. You’ll be provided with a tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped, so you'll know when to expect your delivery.

What are your International delivery options?

Your order will be shipped with UPS or DHL, depending on the location we are shipping to.

Delivery to the EU currently takes approx. 6-12 business days, worldwide approx. 6-15 business days.

If you are purchasing from the EU, please note that you are responsible for VAT and/or duties upon delivery.

If you are purchasing from the United States or Canada, please note that you are responsible for any local customs and duties that may apply.

If you are purchasing from Asia, South America, Africa, New Zealand, please note that you are responsible for any customs and duties that may apply.

Once an order has been dispatched, we will not be able to redirect it.

My order hasn’t arrived yet, what do I do?

Double check your tracking number so you know when to expect your delivery. If your order hasn’t arrived within the specified delivery time, please email us at hello@cyssan.com and we’ll look into it immediately.

Please note that Cyssan is not responsible for delays due to national holidays, customs retention or delays, strikes, or adverse weather conditions. We can only apologise in advance as we know how excited you must be waiting for your Cyssan watch to arrive.

Do you accept returns?

We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Do you provide a warranty?

We take great care in producing our high-quality Cyssan watches, but rest assured we also offer a two-year limited warranty to cover any manufacturing defects. This includes defects of the watch movement, indexes, dials and hands. Read the full details on the Shipping and Warranty section on the product pages.

What is your vegan leather made from?

Our hand-assembled straps are made from a PU and microfibre base, dyed using environmentally-friendly dyes, and produced without any PVC. A water-based glue was also used for the assembly, meaning no animals were harmed in the production of these beautiful straps.

Where are your watches made?

Our watches are designed and developed by our team in the UK, and are manufactured by experts in China. We are proud to say we have worked closely with both the watch manufacturer, Belton China Ltd, and the strap manufacturer, Braloba (HK) to ensure our first collection is exactly as we dreamed it would be.
